RAM Trucks logo Ram launched as a stand-alone brand in 2009 with a full array of trucks and work vans. The lineup includes the Ram 1500; 2500/3500 Heavy Duty; 3500/4500/5500 Chassis Cab; and ProMaster and ProMaster City.

Buyers will immediately recognize the 5.7 Hemi in the 1500-series trucks, and the Cummins diesel in the larger HD trucks. The latter engine was the first to boast over 1,000 lbs-ft. of torque in an HD truck.
