Of course not, but TechArt decided they would spice it up a bit anyway.

<script type="text/javascript"

For the performance, TechArt has included a stainless-steel high-performance exhaust system and a modified intake system which increases the power output to 635hp.

Further room for improvement of the Carrera GT lay in the cockpit. TechArt customized the interior with an ergonomically shaped sport steering wheel with leather/carbon fiber rim, and a shifter made from exposed carbon fiber. Requests for even more exclusive and colorful fully leather interiors are answered by the TechArt upholstery shop.

<script type="text/javascript"

Costing $146,900, TechArt bored out the Porsche boxer-six engine to 3.8 liters, added new cams, a modified exhaust, and a new intake, creating 385 hp.

On the suspension side, they added their own Formula five-spoke 20″ billet wheels and an electronically-controlled coil-over suspension kit, while dropping the car an inch. As a result, the Porsche can now jump from a standstill to 60 mph in a mere 4.6 seconds, and can hit a top speed of 178 mph.

<script type="text/javascript"
