Novitec Rosso Edizione 747 - A Supercharged Ferrari F430 Scuderia

Novitec Rosso Edizione 747

To pay homage to the Ferrari F430, German tuners Novitec Rosso took a 430 Scuderia and made it into quite a beast. The Ferrari 430 Scuderia, with its 510 horsepower V8, was no slouch in stock form. Novitec, however, added two superchargers to the engine which pushes the 4.3-liter powerhouse to an incredible 747 hp (hence the name.)

The conversion wasn’t as simple as bolting on a coupe of blowers, though. As you might imagine, it took some extra engineering to coax out those extra 237 ponies. Each cylinder bank in the Novitec Edizione 747 has its own intercooler, which feature their own dedicated water-cooling system. The system’s radiator is placed behind specially created central air ducts in the front apron. Novitec also created a new underbody for the 430 Scuderia, which feature an integrated air deflector, routing the air through a larger custom intake manifold. Continue Reading…

Novitec Rosso Ferrari 599 GTB

NOVITEC ROSSO F59W Pic01.jpg

The tuning firm Novitec Rosso just can’t keep their hands off of various Ferraris. In this case, we’re talking about the Ferrari 599 GTB, a very potent car to begin with. There’s always more power and performance to be gleaned from any given car, even one as good as a Ferrari 599, so what does Novitec Rosso have up their sleeve?

They summed it up this way: An Extra 40 hp, Striking Design and Exclusive Accessories.

OK, no probs there really. The world being what it is, they’re probably hitting three of their target markets main areas of focus: Performance, aftermarket appearance “upgrades” and nick-knacks.

Novitec Rosso Tunes the Ferrari 16M Scuderia Spider

Novitec Rosso Ferrari 16M Scuderia Spider

Not satisfied being one of the 499 people who own a Ferrari 16M Scuderia Spider? Need more exclusivity than that? Don’t worry - Novitec Rosso has your back.

They’ve taken the new lightweight Ferrari convertible and made it even more exclusive - and expensive. The big change here is the power. Novitec has added their own Bi-Compressor system, adding on two belt-driven superchargers tuned to only 7 psi. This new forced induction system increases power to 696 hp - a jump of 186 hp over stock. That’s like taking the Scuderia Spider and adding a V6 Dodge Magnum! Continue Reading…

Novitec Tridente GTS - a 600hp Maserati GranTurismo

Novitec Tridente GTS

The most recent car out of the garage of German tuner Novitec is a modified Maserati GranTurismo S. Exterior modifications are subtle, but include a front spoiler for downforce at high speed, rocker panels, a rear lip spoiler, and a rear diffuser, all available in clear-coated carbon fiber finish.

Despite the subtle exterior changes, the engine is where the big difference is in this car. Novitec has added a supercharger system to the stock 440hp 4.7-liter Maserati V8 engine, boosting the power to 600hp. This helps the GranTurismo reach 62mph from a stop in only 4.5 seconds (a 0.4 second increase from stock,) and reaches a top speed of 195mph. Along with the supercharger, Novitec has added a water-to-air intercooler, a new intake system, and larger fuel injectors. Continue Reading…

Novitec Ferrari F430 Bi-Compressor Evoluzione

Novitec Ferrari F430 Evoluzione

German tuner Novitec, who specializes in Ferraris, have turned the F430 into something to be feared. They previously released a twin-supercharged F430 with 636 horsepower. Obviously not good enough, they just upgraded the car to 656 horsepower by upgrading their twin Rotrex superchargers to push out 10 more horsepower each.

Ferrari F430 gets 636 hp via Novitec Rosso

It seems the German Ferrari tuners Novitec Rosso have created yet another masterpiece with their twin-supercharged 636 hp version of the already spectacular Ferrari F430.

Aerodynamic upgrades include a front splitter, side skirts, a new rear wing and an enhanced rear diffuser.

You have a choice on your suspension with different options, including a 1-inch lower suspension kit with double-adjustable shocks and stiffer anti-roll bars. The Novitec tuned F430 rolls on 19- and 20-inch custom five-spoke wheels, available in conventional 5-stud or racer-style center-lock mounts and shod with 255/30 and 345/25 Pirellis. Tucked inside the alloys are a set of ceramic brakes made for Novitec by Brembo.

You even get a couple interior upgrades, including a sport steering wheel, and lightweight sport seats.

Perhaps most importantly, you get a dual supercharger induction system that takes the F430’s already powerful setup to 636 hp, good for a 0-62 mph run in 3.7 seconds. Keep the pedal down, and you will hit a top speed well over 200 mph.

You also have the option of a matching exhaust and a carbon fiber airbox, but if you are already spending over $70,000 extra on the car, why not go all out?
