Infiniti G37 Coupe - Different Colors

Someone over at GCoupe Forums did a great job photoshopping some other colors onto the G37 so we have an idea of what the car will look like when it hits the showroom floors later this year. Here are a few previews, but be sure to click through and visit the gallery at the end of the post which has many more at higher quality. Here’s my favorite:

Artega GT - Geneva Auto Show

I certainly wouldn’t call this a most original design, but it sure is beautiful. Henrik Fiskers newest design called the Artega GT features design notes from a few different cars I can think of off the top of my head. Porsche, Lotus Elise, Ferrari 360/F430, Tesla, and possibly more. But apparently there isn’t a better batch of cars to combine designs. Take a look at this beauty:

Artega GT Side

Weighing in at about 2425 lbs, the Fisker-designed Artega GT runs from 0-62 mph in under 5 seconds with help from a 3.6 liter V6 pushing out a decent 300 horsepower. It’s top speed clocks in at over 270 km/h (or about 160 mph) and is controlled by a six-speed direct-shift gearbox.

Lamborghini Diablo Alar 777 from Argentina

The same guys from Argentina who brought us the highly modified Lamborghini Diablo variant called the Coatl, will be proudly bringing us another Diablo-based car, and it only took them a decade! The new car will be called the Alar 777. No pictures of it yet, but it will be displayed at a Buenos Aires tuning show by the end of March. The picture below is of the Diablo Coatl:

Spyker C12 Zagato at Geneva Auto Show

Why does Geneva get all the coolest cars? Check out the Spyker C12 Zagato that was recently unveiled at this years Geneva Auto Show. It will be produced in very limited numbers (only 24 will be made,) and it will set you back $648,000. Small price to pay for such exclusivity.

Spyker C12 Zagato - Geneva Auto Show

While not exactly beautiful, it certainly has a cool factor. The C12 Zagato carries a 6.0L W12 engine sourced from Volkswagen, and puts out 500 horsepower pushing the light 3,086 lb car from 0-60 in a mere 3.8 seconds. A supercharger can be added to give the rocket 650 horsepower. You’ll be able to pick yours up in March 2008.

Scion showed off their redesigned tC Coupe at the 2007 Chicago Auto Show, which will be released as a 2008 model. It has a slightly modified front-end, including headlights with black trim, which look great (similar to the Toyota Camry SE.)

I’m on Flickr!

I finally took the leap and got a Flickr account. I just uploaded Flickr Logomost of the pictures we took from the 2007 Chicago Auto Show. You won’t see most of these on Automoblog.net; the Flickr set is my personal collection, which include 160 of the pictures we took.
