Peter Wheeler, owner of TVR until 2004, took the car home only to return it saying it wasn’t drivable on the street due to its powerful engine and production was soon halted. This “McLaren F1 Killer” around 880 horsepower sitting in it’s 1000kg frame, and it’s top speed is estimated to be around 240 mph.

On eBay, it’s pretty frequent that you can find ridiculously fast Supras. Almost all of the Supras for sale are at least somewhat modified, most of them heavily. This 1998 Supra for sale on eBay is claiming to be the worlds fastest/quickest 6-speed Toyota Supra, and has graced the cover of Sport Compact Car, and is soon to be shown on Turbo Magazine.

Right now the auction is at over $100,000, and still has not met the set reserve price. The car has a reported Over 1400 horsepower at the rear wheels, and does the quarter mile in 8.62 seconds at just over 171 mph. hahaha, I honestly couldn’t stop laughing at this. Apparently it’s a high-quality Lamborghini replica. Of what, I’m not sure. Kinda looks like they were torn between a Ferrari Enzo and a Lamborghini Countach, but they didn’t get either one right.

Wow.

the chance of a lifetime to own what looks like a REAL Lamborgini (sic) for a fraction of the price.

I’m going to go ahead and disagree with that one. The auction is filled with obvious typos and claims that this car looks truly authentic. You must go look at the auction itself as there are many more pictures for you to stare at in amazement, trying to figure out who would fall for this.

Fiero-Lamborghini eBay Auction

I wish I would have caught this a little bit earlier in the auction, but I found a 96 Stillen 300ZX SMZ on eBay. The SMZ is a specially made car by Stillen from the Nissan 300ZX Twin-Turbo. It was made in a very limited edition and originally asked a whopping $57,000 new, around $14,000 more than the stock TT. The eBay auction is asking $30,000 Buy It Now price, but I doubt it will bring that much. The stock 300ZX TT brings 300hp, and this Stillen modified car ups it to 365, a more than modest improvement.

For the most important aspect of the car, Stillen has increased the boost of the stock car by 2 psi, added a new intake manifold, a new and improved air filter, and added a free-flow exhaust system giving the car an extra 65 horsepower over stock. On top of the power gains, the SMZ offers carbon fiber accents in the interior, a special numbered interior plaque, and alloy pedals. The upgraded suspension includes stiffer anti-roll cars, higher-rate springs and larger tires. The exterior modifications are subtle but obvious. The Yokohama wheels, the louvered nose-panel, the more aggressive front spoiler, rocker-panel and rear valance, and huge rear wing. Oh yes, and we can’t forget about the SMZ and Stillen decals tastefully placed on the car.
