Hyundai Unveils Recognized Collision Repair Program

HYUNDAI COLLISION REPAIR CENTER
An unexpected fender bender is unpleasant, although some of that frustration will be relieved for Hyundai owners. Hyundai Motor America has unveiled the Hyundai Recognized Collision Repair Center program.

The initiative ensures both Hyundai dealership-owned collision repair centers and independent shops have the proper training, tools, equipment, and facilities to correctly repair Hyundai vehicles.

Customers should look for the Hyundai Recognized Collision Repair Center plaque (above) at their local body shop.

If necessary, Hyundai can refer owners in need of collision repair to an authorized center.

Hyundai has teamed up with Assured Performance Network, adding an additional layer of customer confidence.

Assured Performance Network is a non-profit, legal co-op, and consumer advocacy organization. Their involvement will help Hyundai dealership-owned and independent collision repair centers meet the program’s requirements, through yearly audits and inspections.

Assured Performance Network serves in a similar capacity for Ford, Nissan, Fiat Chrysler, General Motors and Enterprise.

“We want our customers to know we have their well-being in mind after they have been in a collision.  Hyundai owners benefit from this program through the assurance that these centers will ensure the fit, finish, durability, safety, and value of the vehicles being repaired.  Having a network of recognized shops is critical to make sure our cars are repaired properly.” ~ Frank Ferrara, Executive Vice President, Customer Satisfaction, Hyundai Motor America.

This is very good news. Moreover, recently i became the owner of used Hyundai, which i bought at auction https://1bid1.com/search?category=1. Of course the previous owner said that the car is in perfect condition, but anything can happen. And after this news I’ll feel more comfortable about my car.
