Not long after British Grand Prix World Champion Jenson Button showed up in a commercial doing awkward yoga for Mobil One, he’s now showing up a slightly more suave role for Johnnie Walker.
What’s a professional driver doing promoting a whisky producer you may ask? Well, the whisky-maker’s #ImNOTdriving Twitter campaign (which you’ll see at the end of the video below) is there to promote not driving drunk and hopefully get some F1 enthusiasts looking at their booze.
We all know how much work goes into being a race driver – you have to be damn dedicated to it as a career to be successful.
Any unlike some other sports’ [**cough**] football [**cough**] immature and self-righteous star players, I feel like these guys deserve the high life on their off-time if for no other reason than their general humbleness despite their intensely prestigious lifestyle and beyond reasonable paychecks.
While this video is a commercial, in my mind I’d like to think of it as a documentary.
