BMW Says Merry Christmas In A Unique Way

Its hard to believe Christmas is just a few days away. This time of year means getting the endless Christmas cards and well wishes from family and friends. Ever wanted to just do something different, stand out from the crowd? BMW understands. The company decided to offer a Christmas treat to enthusiasts with the “Fastest Christmas Card In the World.”

What is that exactly? Well it involves an illustrator, Gavin Patterson, and a “BMW Precision Driver” Urs Inauen. Patterson was asked to draw a car with Inauen at the wheel, hurling the M5 around the Circuit de l’anneau du rhin. It sounds like a recipe for nausea to us. The result is indecipherable, and the world’s only card created at speed. If you’ve ever tried to write with someone at the wheel, with an illegible result, you might have an idea of what its going to turn out like.

Take a look at for yourself and decide if its gibberish or a mark of greatness. BMW even offers the card downloadable as a PDF. Nice touch guys. So check out the video below, and you can send it on to others to create some Christmas Cheer – or that could be anger, if they are an environmentalist. Either way, Merry Christmas from BMW.
