"I like the M5, I just wish they'd take out some seats and doors and put a $50k hat on it!" Is it weird that like the Z3 based MCoupe though? I went to a BMW dealer yesterday (to check out the 135i,) and saw the <a href="http://www.automoblog.net/2009/05/13/2010-bmw-z4/" rel="nofollow">new Z4</a>, and it's sexy. Starting at $45K though, priced out of range of previous buyers, I'd think. I should add to my last comment. While the Z8 - a good car mechanically I'm sure - is not styled like an $80K car. Downright ugly, even. I don't even want to get into how fugly the Z3 is; I'll just get angry. It's just a "hey look, it's a BMW I can afford" car, and sold based only on that fact. The Z4 sucks too, and is almost uglier than the Z3 is with all the weird lines and curves and sad-looking headlights. The Z4, however, is a great car mechanically. I still hate it.
