yes..we have the same problem with you Lindawalker. Our car has been in the shop for many months due to inefficient and not enough technicians/electrician to do the work!
This will be the last time I will be buying any Nissan Car and will also recommend it to friends or to anyone to NOT buy any Nissan cars.

Drove this terrific car in Norway all summer. It had a regular 5-speed manual transmission (not available in the US) which made driving fun and also gave remarkable fuel economy. I mourn the passing of the old-fashioned manual shift in the US.

Disregard. I found out that if window doesn't automatically go up, do the following: turn ignition switch on and close door. Open window completely by switch. Pull power switch and hold it down for 3 seconds after window is closed completely. Release switch and operate the automatic function to confirm initialization is complete. This did the trick.

Correction: I should have said mine goes down with a quick click of the auto switch but I have to hold the switch the entire time to put it back up.

I just bought (today) a 2009 Rogue SL premium pkg with moonroof. Should the driver's side window be powered for going down and also going up? I'll call service on Monday if you can't reply beforehand. THANKS

Barn, the Rogue is a small SUV (Crossover) based on the Nissan Sentra platform. The Murano is a larger SUV in all aspects. It's still car-based and considered a crossover, but it's bigger than the Rogue.
