Edo Competition Porsche Cayenne GTS

edo competition, the German outfit that’s tuned everything from Mini Coopers to Ferrari Enzos have created yet another “step above the rest,” just in case your regular Porsche Cayenne GTS wasn’t good enough.

edo competition (yes it’s supposed to be lower-case) has increased the output in the Cayenne GTS from “only” 405 horsepower to 450 by tuning the ECU, adding new high-flow catalytic converters, and a new air filter. Larger pads, rotors, and six-piston calipers help the SUV stop on a dime, while the highly adjustable suspension is tuned individually for each customer.

In typical edo style, the styling has changed significantly. The new aerodynamics package helps distinguish the body styling, which sits on top of the lightweight 22″ alloy wheels with custom-painted centers. Limited only by your imagination, the interior will be custom-created for each customer.

Styling is love it or hate it (as always with Porsche,) but the 0-60 run is over in a quick 6.2 seconds. Fast, but still outrun by the Infiniti FX50, and the FX50 is cheaper.

calipers with thicker and larger diameter rotors, upsized brake pads.
Stock GTS: 350 x 34 mm (13.8 x 1.4 inches)
edo GTS: 380 x 38 mm (15.0 x 1.5 inches)

Wheel/tire combination

New 22 inch forged wheels with stainless steel outer rims:
Front: 10×22 with 295/30 ZR22 Continental Cross Contact UHP
Rear: 11×22 with 295/30 ZR22 Continental Cross Contact UHP
Custom-painted wheels/wheel centers optional.

Aerodynamics

- Hood with power domes, painted
- Lower front lip with 4 fog lights and wire mesh
inserts, painted
