		<description>That&#039;s an interesting idea Tony, but I hope you don&#039;t honestly think that that could or ever would happen. 
 
On the plus side, I&#039;m willing to bet that cars would become a hell of a lot more fuel efficient than they are now. 
 
On the negative side, car companies would either go out of business from having to pay for the, what, 300 million barrels of oil this country uses a day for cars, or from the fact that cars would have to be so expensive that nobody would buy them. </description>
