We’re Going to Hot Import Nights Tomorrow

There’s nothing better than last-minute plans. Tomorrow - Saturday, September 22nd from 5 PM to midnight - we’re going to be attending the Hot Import Nights event in Minneapolis, MN. This will be the first HIN we’ve been to, but I’ve heard nothing but good things about it from others that I’ve talked to about it, so this should be fun. If there’s one around your area, be sure to attend.

Keep an eye out for a bunch of pictures and maybe a few articles about it over the next couple of weeks.

There’s bound to be a ton of really hot cars there, and rest assured we’ll get their pictures. Stuff Magazine rated Hot Import Nights #5 among the top 20 hippest items and happenings in their August issue. Is anybody else going?

I recieved your business card form you at HIN. Decided i would come check this place out. HIN was a TON of fun!!! i cant wait to see the pics that you took. I knew my little Scion was not going to win anything but just knowing that it was there was worth it all!

Hi Josh, it was good to meet you at HIN. Which one was your Scion? I’m glad you had a good time. Apparently, they were giving away cases of that NOS energy drink and I left right before they handed them out! I’m totally pissed about that one, but oh well.

I had the white first gen xB that was parked with the toasted penny xB and the red and flint mica tC’s (also scikotics members)

yeah i was pissed about that NOS too… by the time i realised it they were all gone

I’ll take a look through my pictures and see if we got any of your car. That lighting was TERRIBLE so it was very difficult to get any good pics

As far as the NOS drink, I saw one person walk away with 8 cases! I don’t know how they were carrying it all, but they were lucky. All we got we those 1/2 shot glass samples

If you did get any pictures that would be cool! yeah i agree on the lighting… im glad i took some when they were still judging and the lights were all on.

WOW. it would have been nice to have 8 cases of NOS… ill admit i dont like the original flavor that much but i would have taken it and drank it if it were free! lol

i had a few whole cans of NOS durring the show that i “acquired” from the booth instead of those lil shots of it

they kept me goin when i had no food to eat! lol

I was also at the event and am friends with Josh. (Hi Josh!) I had the red Scion tC. Picked up your business card at the event and just got around to checking the site. It was a fun event and had a blast looking at the cars. I am also interested in any pictures you might have. I couldn’t get the settings on my camera to work right.

Thats cool ill check that out when its up… Tony is in charge of the iowa chapter of Scikotics… and the MN scikotics make it down to IA when theres shows and the IA guys do the same for us
