Making a generic bland & boxy car that looks likes a dishwasher with peugeot headlights is not gonna set the rx7 apart from its competitors. If they are gonna bite their exterior design at least copy from a unique car like the audi r8 or something that pushes the limits on how headlights etc are placed. Especially when the pop-up system is illegal and outdated therefore wont be used again. No point following current trends and making the car look like a stubby block like r35 & 350z etc, lets see how those designs will look in years to come. Mazda rx7 symbolises persistence and design innovation in my opinion and those concepts make me lose confidence in mazdas direction. And we dont have 5 rotors because theres no way you could put enough gas in one to get from the gas station back home. That thing would tear up the road all the time, what a beast. Scoots 4 rotor is nothing short of breath taking, but the idea of a 5 rotor scares me even more.
