Do you really think that the police have time to deal with petty shit like tailgating. That's why they are putting up stoplight cameras and having computers do shit for them now. Wow! One think that I have found that works well, though you have to be going at least 35-40, is to pull the E-brake hard locking up your back wheels. Hold that for a few seconds or so and put a nice cloud of tire smoke in there face. I've never had anyone not back off, or come back for more! Lol it's really funny to see how fast people back off!
