The Ferrari P4/5 designed by Pininfarina for James Glickenhaus was revealed a bit ahead of schedule. We will still see more pictures on July 20th, which was supposed to be when it was uncovered, and it will be officially unveiled in August. It will be debut at the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance. The movie producer/writer paid over $3,000,000 for the redesign, and the car is simply a re-bodied Ferrari Enzo based off the Ferrari 330 P3/4.
In July 2006 the P4/5 was completed, although still in primer, and the happy owner could take it out on the Autostrada for the first time. One of his thoughts after the brief test drive was: ‘’P4/5 pulls away and vanishes into the distance like an F 16 launching from a carrier deck.'’
Must be nice to own the only Ferrari P4/5 in the world. Click here to view more pictures and a more detailed description of the car.
